![]() It's plenty loud, and honestly, doesn't sound that bad! The Art tube MP gives it some grit, and the graphic equalizer helps to shape the tone into something usable. I have an Art Tube MP running into a Kenwood graphic EQ that runs into a Nady 250w stereo power amp that's plugged into a Q-Logic band pass box (from an old car subwoofer) that has a pair of Kenwood 12 inch subs in it that I use as my practice amp. ![]() ![]() A better amp and cabinet designed for bass would be the optimal setup, of course, but if you can find a bigger speaker cab and use it with the power amp, that will probably work for practice.Ĭase in point. The power amp idea is a good way to go for just shear volume, but I'm sure the Marshall 4x10 was designed for guitar and probably doesn't have much bass to it.
